The Thurgood Marshall and Texas NAACP Connection link above leads to an invalid address. I would like to see just what Chief Justice Marshall’s connection was to the Texas NAACP. My uncle, T.M. Moody, was a central figure in the attempted desegregation of Mansfield High School in 1955. He was also a very active member of the local chapter in Mansfield, during that very turbulent period of time.

Please contact me at this e-mail. I would like to file a lawsuit against Atascoita High School Humble school district for sexual violation and racial slurs, and retaliation towards my son, stemming from a September incidene where my son was violated while in a dressing room before a football game. The school or the district have done nothing in regards to this matter, and the student who is white is still on campus. I would greatly appreciate you to look in to this.
